1. Services

Photography services for events will be provided and billed on an hourly basis unless otherwise agreed. Additional hours and photographs shall be quoted separately upon request of the client.

2. Deliverables

Photographs are delivered as digital files through a secure download link unless otherwise agreed between photographer and client. All other formats such as USB, print or canvas are available at an additional cost to the client and may be delivered through a trusted third party. All photographs will be delivered within 7 business days, should fast turnaround be required this may be purchased at a rate of $100 payable by the client.

3. Fees

For all bookings a 30% deposit of the total sale price is payable within 24 hours of initial consultation call and quotation to Wondering.Jpg. The client’s booking date is not secured until payment of deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable. Payment for the service in full (less deposited amount) is due 7 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot.

4. Cancelation (by the client)

A cancellation of service must be supplied to Wondering.Jpg in writing 7 business days prior to scheduled service, in this case while the booking deposit is nonrefundable the client does not have to pay any outstanding amount. Should cancelation be provided less than 7 business days prior to scheduled service or not provided entirely the client agrees to pay the cost of service in full.

5. Cancelation (by the photographer)

If the photographer cannot fulfil agreed duties for medical reasons or other emergencies, every effort shall be made to engage a component replacement photographer at no cost to the client. If no replacement is sourced all amounts paid by the client including deposits shall be refunded in full.

9. Attribution

Wondering.Jpg request for all photographs utilised on the internet, social media, print and other forms of sharing excluding personal use be appropriately credited to Wondering.Jpg.

10. Copyright & intellectual property

Pertaining to images taken by Wondering.Jpg photography all rights remain with the photographer. Licence is retained for intellectual property including use of images for promotional and marketing purposes by the Wondering.Jpg business.
